Before
& after
Real members, photographed at the start and the end of a training block. Drag each slider to compare.
BeforeAfter
Male member, 30s
Starting point. Started lean but untrained, with very little muscle carried through the chest, shoulders and back. The kind of build that looks fine in a shirt and disappears the moment there is anything to lift.
What we changed. Built around three coached personal training sessions a week, working the main compound lifts with a coach setting the load. Nothing exotic. Turning up, adding weight when technique held, and eating enough to support it.
- Visible muscle across shoulders, chest and arms
- Posture noticeably more upright
- Trained consistently through the block
BeforeAfter
Male member, 30s
Starting point. Carrying weight around the midsection with a reasonable amount of muscle underneath it. Trained on and off before, without a plan that survived a busy month.
What we changed. Personal training paired with a nutrition plan written to fit how he actually eats, rather than one that assumed he would cook every meal. Sessions stayed consistent because the plan was realistic.
- Clear reduction around the waist
- Definition through the torso and arms
- Kept the routine past the twelve week mark
Assess, load, review, repeat
None of these were accidents. Every one followed the same loop.
Every member starts with a movement assessment rather than a workout, and that becomes a written plan. Then we load it progressively. Weight goes up when technique holds under fatigue, and comes down when it does not.
Every four weeks we re-test the baseline from day one and rewrite the plan around what actually moved. That loop is the entire product, and it is why these people look different at the end of a block rather than three weeks in.
What these do not show
Every one of these people trained consistently for several months. None of them did it in six weeks, none followed an extreme diet, and none of them are athletes. Results like these are normal for someone who turns up two or three times a week and lets a coach adjust the plan.
They also are not a promise. Bodies, schedules, sleep and stress all differ, and anyone showing you guaranteed outcomes is selling something. What we can promise is the coaching, the assessment and the plan. The rest is attendance.
We publish names only when a member asks us to. Everyone here gave permission for their photographs to be used.
