The idea

Fewer things, done properly

Glow-Fit started with a broad offering, including courts and fields and a long list of classes. Over time it became obvious which rooms people actually came back to, and which ones existed because a facility that size was expected to have them.

So we cut. What is left is what we can staff with real coaches and run to a standard we would defend: personal training, reformer pilates, girls classes, The Combat Lab, and a recovery zone with a sauna, an ice bath and a solarium.

That is the whole philosophy, and it is why the logo is a mind inside a hand rather than a barbell. Improvise, adapt, overcome. A gym is not its square footage, it is whether someone qualified is watching you train and adjusting what you are doing.
