Reformer
Pilates
Spring-loaded resistance, precise range, and the recovery engine behind everything else you train.
Strength without the pounding
The reformer is a carriage on rails, loaded with adjustable springs. Because resistance comes from springs rather than gravity, you can train hard through a full range of motion without loading your spine or joints the way free weights do.
We run it in a dedicated studio, separate from the main floor, so a class is never competing with music and dropped plates. Classes stay small so your instructor can actually see and correct you, and private sessions are available if you want the pace built entirely around your body. Spring settings, foot position and range are set for you, not guessed at.
This is the recovery pillar in practice. Deep core and stabiliser muscles get trained directly, which changes how you sit at a desk, how you carry a child, and how much load you can tolerate everywhere else. Most members who add reformer to their lifting find the lifting improves.
Who it is for
Desk workers with tight hips and an unhappy lower back. Anyone rebuilding after pregnancy or injury with medical clearance. Runners and lifters who need mobility to keep up with their strength. Complete beginners, because the reformer scales down as easily as it scales up.
